In this workshop you will explore drawing and painting on frosted mylar to create an original plant portrait. Attendees will follow a method inspired by cel painting, which includes:

- Designing your composition by sketching plants from a composed still life.

- Create final line art by tracing your sketch onto frosted mylar.

- Add texture and color to your artwork by painting on the back and front of the frosted mylar.

The workshop will also briefly cover how to make a legible image through controlling color value.
