Sip and Collage an Owl

We'll explore layering, texture, and composition to bring these feathered friends to life. Each student will leave with a unique, vibrant owl artwork full of personality and charm!

In this class, you will learn how to independently and collaboratively build stories/scenes with action, characters, emotion, understandable story line, and a clear resolution. This class will not only focus on narrative games but also strengthen your ability to establish premise-based scenes. To get the most out of this class, it is recommended that you have taken Fundamentals of Improv or have previous improv experience. This class ends with a graduation show, date and time TBD.

In this 6 week class you will learn how to be a more physical improviser. Each class will focus on the elements of improvisation that lead to physicality! Stuck standing around talking in your scenes...then this is the class for you! The Wandering Pencil- Mondays
with David Reames
In this supportive drawing class, you'll learn to sketch what you see and what you imagine. We'll explore the basics of line, shading, and form using pencil and charcoal—and you'll even learn the grid method to create drawings that look incredibly real (no tracing needed!).This is a class for people who think they can't draw. You'll leave feeling like an artist. If you are more experienced, we will challenge and encourage you to explore new horizons in technique and approach.
This course gently guides students from sketchbook anxiety to artistic self-assurance. Through life drawing, figurative illustration, imaginative exploration, and structured photo reference work, students will learn to draw with joy, accuracy, and style. The grid method offers a framework for realism, while creative prompts invite personal expression.
Bring Your Own Supplies | Encouragement Supplied in Abundance
Supplies needed:
• Sketchpad – 9x12" or larger (PLEASE, NO SMALLER THAN 9X12")
• Pencils – HB, 2B, 4B, 6B (mechanical pencils welcome!)
• Vine charcoal sticks• Kneaded eraser
• Blending tools – tortillons, stumps, or paper towels/Q-tips
• Pencil sharpener
• Ruler (for gridding photos and sketchpads)
• A printed photo reference (Instructor will provide samples, but students may bring their own)
• Optional: Fixative spray

The Oil Painting: “Spring's Serenity” –A peaceful, whimsical landscape featuring the interplay between blooming life and enduring stone by capturing a mountain landscape framed by the bloom and sparkle of a springtime woods.
Students will learn how to balance welcoming foreground elements— a mighty verdant forest, winding paths—with the austere, timeless presence of distant peaks under a deep blue sky.
There will be no class on April 9th.
Wheel-y Fun Pottery Mon

Wheel-y fun is a 8 week class that will teach you the basics of pottery including centering the clay, opening, pulling up walls, trimming, firing, and glazing.

Clay Club- Tuesday Handbuilding
with Megan Yacoub
This 8 week guided advanced course is designed for students that are looking to dive deeper in their ceramic knowledge. Wherever your creativity leads you, there is something for everyone in this class. Whether you want to create large-scale work, make a teapot, or try something you have never tried before, instructor-led demonstrations will explore these projects and more! Prior experience required. Aprons are highly recommended.
