Create a wise and whimsical owl! In this one hour class, artists will use painted papers and collage techniques to design their own colorful owls inspired by the world of Eric Carle. We'll explore layering, texture, and composition to bring these feathered friends to life. Each student will leave with a unique, vibrant owl artwork full of personality and charm! 

Looking to be a better storyteller in your improv scenes? Want to create scenes with a clear beginning, middle, and end? This is the class for you! In this class, you will learn how to independently and collaboratively build stories/scenes with action, characters, emotion, understandable story line, and a clear resolution. This class will not only focus on narrative games but also strengthen your ability to establish premise-based scenes. To get the most out of this class, it is recommended that you have taken Fundamentals of Improv or have previous improv experience. This class ends with a graduation show, date and time TBD.

Learn the tools every actor uses to create memorable characters and build a great performance! In this class, students will work together to learn how to use their bodies, voices, and imaginations in order to inhabit different characters, make bold choices, and build a strong ensemble on stage. Learn songs from Broadway musicals while honing skills in acting and dancing! Students will learn common musical theatre dance steps and work on ensemble singing, all while acting through song. In Broadway Bootcamp, students will focus on choreography and group vocals!

Take a journey through the fairy tale forest…with a twist! In this class, students will use their imaginations to put their own spin on classic fairy tale characters and stories. Will the giant come down the beanstalk to meet the big bad wolf? Will Little Red Riding Hood and Goldilocks meet in the woods? There’s only one way to find out! This class is part of our NEW Creative Drama series, which develops theatre skills in an accessible way through theatre games, exercises, and creative exploration. It is a process based curriculum, with lots of freedom to create the stories and characters that most ignite and excite the imaginations of young actors. In Code Breakers, students will focus on STORYTELLING and WORLD BUILDING. Creative Drama: - Builds empathy, teamwork, and confidence. - Encourages focus and creative problem solving. - Shows that theatre skills are life skills - Courage, Collaboration, and Compassion!
