Start your weekend with clay! This laid-back Saturday morning ceramics class is perfect for beginners and intermediate students who want to get their hands dirty in a fun, low-pressure environment. We’ll spend most of our time on the pottery wheel, learning the basics of throwing, trimming, and shaping forms. Along the way, we’ll also explore hand building techniques to add details, experiment with new ideas, and personalize your work. Come ready to learn, relax, and enjoy a creative morning in the studio.

Join us for a fun in-person workshop where you’ll create your very own 3D layered paper shadow box! Whether you are an experienced crafter or a first-timer, this workshop is the perfect way to try something new and make lasting memories. Bring a friend, or make new ones! This month's design is called Magnolia, the traditional southern flower. All materials will be provided and you will leave with your own framed 8” x 8” shadow box. Ages 12 and up. Don’t miss out on this hands-on, artsy experience!

Sketchstock: A Walking & Drawing Workshop in Woodstock

Join us for an evening of observation, movement, and mark-making as we explore the charm of downtown Woodstock through sketching. This guided workshop blends light walking with focused drawing exercises, helping participants see more clearly and translate what they observe onto the page. We’ll touch on the fundamentals of value, proportion, and perspective while working from life in a relaxed, supportive environment. All skill levels are welcome—whether you’re new to drawing or looking to deepen your practice.
Materials to Bring:
Participants should bring a sketchbook, pencils or charcoal, a sharpener, and a kneaded eraser.
