December Canvas Club

Join us for a kids paint-a-long at the Reeves House creativity as we guide you step by step to create a 10x8 canvas using acrylic paints on a 10x8 canvas.
All supplies are included, so just bring your imagination—and remember to dress for a mess, as we'll be using acrylics!
This event is designed for aspiring artists ages 8-14.

High School Acting

Ages: 14 - 18
In this advanced acting class, high school students will learn different acting techniques, dive into scene study and text analysis, and develop nuanced, authentic performances in a supportive and constructive environment.
Students will showcase selections of their classwork as a part of our Collage Day on Saturday, February 14th. 2 tickets to this event are included in class registration.
This class is part of our Acting Pathway, which develops theatre skills through acting techniques, storytelling, and collaboration. In High School Acting, students will focus on technique and text analysis.
Dance Call 101

Ages: 14 - 18
Are you interested in majoring in musical theatre in college? Are you looking to strengthen your dance skills for upcoming auditions? Are you wanting a supportive environment to try out choreography? Then look no further than our Dance Call 101 class, where students will practice the art of learning and nailing choreography with confidence!
This class is part of our Musical Theatre Pathway, which develops theatre skills through ensemble work, storytelling, music, and dance. In this class, students will focus on choreography, dance technique, and confidence!
Teen Improv

Ages: 13 - 18
Ready for an energetic, fun way to learn improv? Over the course of the program teens will learn and continue to improve their understanding of the rules of improv acting and the fun behind improv games.
All skill levels are welcome!
Students will showcase selections of their classwork as a part of our Collage Day event on Saturday, February 14th. 2 tickets to this event are included in class registration.

High School Playwrighting

Ages: 14 - 18
Are you a lover of theatre who wants to write their own play? Maybe you've already started one. Or maybe you're finally ready to turn your vivid ideas into pages for actors to perform. In this six week class, you'll dive into the art of playwriting through generative writing prompts, craft exercises, group discussions of ten-minute plays, and a fruitful workshop of your plays in progress.
You'll get to hear your work read out loud by your peers and learn how to give and receive feedback using a writer-centered approach that is both constructive and encouraging. By the end of six weeks, you'll have a collection of original monologues, scenes, and a ten-minute play ready for the stage!
Whether you're brand new to theatre, or creative writing, this class is perfect for teens with a flair for drama, storytelling, and imagination who want to build their own exciting worlds, create characters, and write dialogue that leaps off the page.
Triple Threats

Ages: 12 - 15
Take your musical theatre training to the next level in this triple threat class! Students will work on musical theatre repertoire and choreography, strengthen their vocal skills, and hone their acting abilities. In addition to ensemble based performing, students will also delve into solo and monologue work, preparing them for auditions and shows in their future!

Teen Drawing

Ages: 12 - 17
This class helps young artists improve their skills, try new techniques, and develop their creative voice. We’ll use both realistic and illustrative styles for a variety of class exercises. (All skill levels and interests are welcome! Whether you’re interested in photo-realistic drawings or making webcomics, I’m happy to fuel your creative journey.)
