Looking to be a better storyteller in your improv scenes? Want to create scenes with aclear beginning, middle, and end? This is the class for you! In this class, you will learnhow to independently and collaboratively build stories/scenes with action, characters,emotion, understandable story line, and a clear resolution. This class will not only focuson narrative games but also strengthen your ability to establish premise-based scenes.

To get the most out of this class, it is recommended that you have taken Fundamentalsof Improv or have previous improv experience.

Have some prior improv experience and are looking to sharpen your characters andrelationships you create on stage? We got you! In this class, you will focus on accessingemotion in-the-moment, building characters and relationships from emotionalperspectives, and using patterns of emotional behaviors to drive scenes forward! Eachweek you will work on creating characters and relationships that show patterns ofemotional behavior.

To get the most out of this class, it is recommended that you havetaken Fundamentals of Improv or have previous improv experience.

If you answered "yes and..." to any of the above questions, Youth Improv is the right class for you! Over the course of the program, you will learn the rules of improvisational acting and the fun behind improv games.

Looking for something fun to do with others? Check out this introductory improv class. Whether you want to perform or just try something new, this class is for you! You’ll learn lessons of acceptance, confident vulnerability, and collaboration while learning the basic structures and games in improv comedy! And when you finish, you just might become a better partner, parent, co-worker, friend, or, well...person!

No previous experience is necessary to take this class.

Does everyone around you think you’re funny? Well it’s time to do something about it! Spend eight weeks working on taking your hilarious thoughts and preparing them for the stage.

In this class, If You’re Funny And You Know It, you will learn how to write and organize your jokes for a live comedy show. You will have hands-on experience preparing for the stage while getting over any fears or thoughts that may be holding you back. You will also learn about the business of comedy from one of Atlanta’s veteran comics, if you want to get paid to perform in the future.

This class ends with a graduation show in the evening on Sunday, November 9th!
